VOILÀ Hotel Rewards is a truly unique hotel loyalty programme that
unites a variety of properties -- including four- and five-star independent hotels

privileges and points toward free hotel rooms for every dollar you spend at all
participating VOILÀ hotels worldwide.

Is there a fee to join VOILÀ Hotel Rewards?
No, membership is free. Simply click 'Join Now' at the top of the
page and complete the online enrolment form to join.

What are all the benefits of joining VOILÀ Hotel Rewards?
By joining VOILÀ Hotel Rewards, you can earn points at all participating
VOILÀ Hotel Rewards throughout the world. Your points can be redeemed free hotel
stays, or frequent flyer miles. Visit the Member Benefits page to see all of the
available rewards. VOILÀ Hotel Rewards members also receive exclusive offers from
participating VOILÀ hotels, including hotel rate discounts, vacation sweepstakes
entries, and other travel deals.

How long does it take to receive my VOILÀ membership card?
If you enroll using an enrollment brochure you obtain at a hotel, please ask the front desk agent to give you a printout of your VOILÀ account number. You
should use that number when making reservations, and expect to receive your membership
card and materials within 2-4 weeks. If you enroll online you will receive your account
number upon submitting required information. Your permanent membership card will
be mailed to you after your second night at a participating VOILÀ hotel.

What will happen if I don’t stay at a participating VOILÀ hotel?
Members who do not earn points in any 24 month consecutive period
will be removed from the program and, and are subject to forfeiture of all accumulated
points. Members can redeem VOILÀ points for any VOILÀ reward for which they are
eligible prior to the account being closed. After the points have been redeemed,
the VOILÀ account will be closed and all remaining points in the account will be
forfeited. To reactivate your account you must re-register.

What is an Eligible stay and an Eligible Rate?
An Eligible stay is one or more consecutive nights at the same participating
Voilà property. A qualifying rate includes most business and leisure rates. If you
do not pay an Eligible Rate, your stay is not an Eligible Stay and will not count
towards the Platinum and Black stay requirements. Visit the Terms and Conditions

What are eligible charges?
Eligible charges vary by hotel, but always include the Room Charge.
To see what charges are eligible at a particular hotel, visit the hotel details
page for the specific hotel of interest.

What are ineligible charges?
Ineligible charges vary by hotel. Ineligible charges usually include,
but are not limited to: taxes, service charges, gratuities, parking, recreational
charges, airline crew room charges, and third party room reservation charges. To
see what charges are ineligible at a particular hotel, visit the hotel details page
for the specific hotel of interest.

What is the difference between a stay and a night?
A “night” is considered one-night at any of our hotels. A “stay” can
consist of any number of consecutive nights at the same hotel, regardless of frequency
of check in/out.

How many VOILÀ points do I earn when I stay at a participating
Voilà hotel?
VOILÀ members earn 10 points for every eligible dollar spent. Platinum
and Black VOILÀ members receive bonus points. Visit the Membership Benefits page
to see all the benefits you will receive as a VOILÀ Member.

How many rooms can I earn points for at once?
You can collect points on all Eligible Charges for multiple hotel
rooms per stay, provided those rooms are used in conjunction with the your stay
at the same hotel, and that their Voilà member number is recorded on each reservation,
and the charges from those multiple room reservations are paid on one folio.

When can I expect to see a record of my stay on my VOILÀ Hotel
Rewards account?
A stay takes five to seven days from the date of check-out to post
on your VOILÀ account. You can review this information by logging into your account.

How often will I receive my VOILÀ statement?
You will receive quarterly (four times a year) account statements
via email that summarize your earnings. You can also track all your earnings and
other account information online by logging into your account.

How do I receive points credit for a missing VOILÀ Hotel Rewards
stay?
If you believe your account activity statement is inaccurate, send
an email to your regional VOILÀ Customer Service centre. Please be prepared
mail or fax a legible copy of the Member's hotel folio (paid hotel receipt) to the
Voilà customer service centre. Failure to supply the adequate and unaltered documentation
may result in denial of such point credit.

Can I cancel my reservation online?
You can cancel existing reservation made online by logging
into Your Account (in the main navigation) and clicking the Cancel Reservation link.
